Site work and paving for a civil project in Three Creeks Township, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The project entails the construction of a paved entrance to Pierpont Meadows Rd. Work includes the removal of an 18" dia. CMP culvert and the installation of a new 18" dia. CMP culvert. Followed by initial cut and fill grading, installation of 6" thick aggregate base, installation of a 4" thick Bituminous Base asphalt, and 2" thick BP-2 asphalt surface. Additional work includes gravel road tie-in, finished ditch grading, restoration, and erosion control. A certified check, treasurer's check or cashier's check, or a bidder's bond payable to the Owner for five percent of AMOUNT OF BID must be included with Bidder's Bid Response. If this proposal is accepted and the undersigned fails to execute the Contract and furnish a contract bond as required, then the proposal guaranty shall be forfeited to the Owner. Electronic Bid Bonds Will Not Be Accepted.
