Site work and paving for a civil project in Three Creeks Township, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Scope The work included in these specifications consists of the construction of new water system lines. The work consists of the complete and satisfactory construction, testing, and sterilization of the water lines, ready for use as shown and specified. Construction plans indicate all work that is to be performed. The work includes the furnishing of all materials, tools, and equipment to install new water pipe, fittings, valves, valve covers, hydrants, meters and all incidental and miscellaneous work necessary to complete the project. New Salem Lane Water Line Upgrade consists of approximately 6,000 feet of water line installation, most of which is 12-inch water line. Work consists of installing the new water line pipe including valves & appurtenances and abandoning some existing water line. The project will also contain an open-cut creek crossing and a couple roadway crossings, 1 of which will be a bore with 12-inch carrier pipe with 20-inch encasement. BIDDER further agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of $ 500 for each consecutive calendar day after the Completion Date, thereafter as provided in Section 15 of the General Conditions
