Renovation of a medical facility in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: General Description: The project will include demolition in the existing OR 2 and OR 3 including room finishes, equipment, and utilities. Utilities will be relocated to support the new equipment and environmental requirements of the new hybrid OR space utilizing a Philips Azurion biplane imaging system. Corridor walls will be adjusted to accommodate required clearances. A new control room will be built for operation of the biplane imaging equipment. Within the control room an equipment room will be built for placement of the biplane electronics. A UPS will be placed in an existing utility closet L499. Bid Package No. 5 Drywall: Refer to Subcontract Exhibit B for specific scope of work. Phase 1 Preconstruction: The Estimated Not-To-Exceed contract amount is $20,000.00 Phase 2 Construction: The Estimated cost of this GMP Bid Package is $350,000.00 The University has bid and awarded a CM at Risk Contract to Herrero Builders Inc. (hereafter "CM/Contractor"). CM/Contractor is responsible for bidding and awarding all subsequent subcontractor packages, including this package. The successful Subcontractor Bidder shall sign a Subcontract Agreement directly with CM/Contractor and shall be bound by all the terms of the contract between University and CM/Contractor. Refer to "Construction Manager at Risk Agreement execute on November 26, /2021" which contains the contract between University and CM/Contractor, attached to the subcontract bidding documents and incorporated by this reference To be allowed to submit a bid, Bidder's must have the minimum experience set forth in the Bidder's Statement of Experience. Bidders must fill out the aforementioned Bidder's Statement of Experience and submit it by Monday, August 8, 2022 by 5:00pm. and will only be received . Contractors license: License code: c-9
