Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, travel, work signs, cones and/or traffic control equipment, traffic control flaggers, and incidentals required to sawcut, repair, and/or replace non-functioning loop detectors, including replacing pull boxes, pull box covers, and conduits. The services shall be performed on all Caltrans highway right-of-ways and easements in Amador, Alpine, Calaveras, Mariposa, Merced, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Tuolumne Counties. This Agreement will commence on the start date November 1,2022 (estimate), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager.
