The purpose of this invitation is to solicit written proposals from qualified design firms for the design of Ponderosa Road Improvements and Resurfacing for The City of Richmond Hill. Instructions for preparation and submission of a bid are contained in this Request for proposal package. Please note that specific forms for submission of a bid are required. Proposals must be typed or printed in ink. Any questions pertaining to this request for proposal must be made in writing and received no later than 11:00 A.M., August 12th, 2022.
