Rebuild the Mill Creek embankments and stabilize with erosion control in Mill Creek between Willis Street and West Street. The embankment along Mill Creek between Willis Street and West Street has been eroding due to the flow of water as the creek bends between Willis Street and West Street. The creek embankment needs to be rebuilt and stabilized with erosion control measures prior to prevent increasing embankment deterioration and impact to the nearby existing facilities. The Mill Creek is a designated waterway. This project is in included in the City of Visalia FY 2022/23 & 2023/24 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of August 2, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
