Locate and acquire site for an 10-11 acre neighborhood park and storm/recharge basin north of Caldwell Avenue adjacent to Cameron Creek. The facility will also be able to receive TID exchange water through Cameron Creek, through development of a later project. Geotechnical testing will be required to determine soil infiltration characteristics for ground water recharge purposes and eligibility for ground water recharge funding.
