LCCC desires to renovate the south end of the CCI building to accommodate consolidation of all Human Resources functions currently residing in the Administration building into the CCI building, establishing one contiguous use of space for operations. This involves about a 3,250 sf renovation, involving wall demos, new walls, possible HVAC modifications, electrical, lighting, AV/IT, flooring, building office re-numbering, finishes, and furniture. SCOPE Providing professional architectural services for re-validating previous design ideas, and completing Level III design services to include, but not limited to, the following: Acquiring all necessary stakeholder feedback, and previous studies, to renovate the south end of the CCI building. Conduct pre-design, conceptual design, design and construction documentation, and all necessary construction bidding documents. Conduct project administration. Conduct project management. Conduct construction administration and any necessary post-construction activities Coordinate, source and prepare all necessary Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E), to include cut sheets, for actual procurement of required FF&E through the LCCC Procurement Office, Firm should anticipate having Tangram Designs under their umbrella for interior wayfinding and room numbering design. This will include the re-numbering of the entire building to incorporate the new renovated area. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
