Box 1089 Port Arthur, TX 77641 clifton.williams@portarthurtx.gov The term of this contract shall be for one year with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional 12 -month periods. AREAS TO BE CLEANED: 300 4th Street - Development Services Building (i.e., one-story), including all restrooms (men and women), break room and kitchenette area, conference rooms, and nooks. SQUARE FOOTAGE: The area to be cleaned is approximately 14,192 square feet of floor space, consisting of various types of flooring, wall, and door and window material. The City reserves the right to: Reject any and all bids and to make no award if it deems such action to be in its best interest.
