AREAS TO BE CLEANED: 300 4th Street - Development Services Building (i.e., one-story), including all restrooms (men and women), break room and kitchenette area, conference rooms, and nooks. SQUARE FOOTAGE: The area to be cleaned is approximately 14,192 square feet of floor space, consisting of various types of flooring, wall, and door and window material. The City reserves the right to: Reject any and all bids and to make no award if it deems such action to be in its best interest.
