The project involves all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and services necessary to install a new passenger elevator within the existing Union County Courthouse. The project to be constructed and pursuant to this Contract will be financed with assistance from the Kentucky Community Development Block Grant Program and is subject to all applicable Federal laws and regulation A Bid bond or certified check for a value of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bidder's total bid amount, including all alternatives bids items and other items as noted.
