Term contract to furnish 12.5% Sodium Hypochlorite meeting ANSI/AWWA Standard 330 as below: Bulk product shall be delivered in truckload quantities on an as needed basis, in approx.. 9,600 gallons/bi-weekly split between Knob Creek & Unicoi plants. Watauga & Brush Creek will be truckload quantities. Quantity is as estimated for a one year period, actual usage may vary. This is a three (3) year contract subject to annual renewal provided all terms & conditions remain unchanged and the vendor is in agreement. Prices contained herein are subject to the below escalation/de-escalation clause. The City reserves the right to re-bid at the end of any one (1) year period. Contract prices are subject to price escalation/de-escalation as follows: Price escalation/de-escalation is allowed no sooner than 10 days after initial contract award. (1) written notification of price increase along with supplier source justification must be submitted to the Director of Purchasing for consideration and acceptance prior to releasing any shipment. (2) increase must be a result of supplier source/materials passed through with no labor, transportation or profit allowed.
