This project has been awarded to Konnerup Construction Inc ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: Base Bid Items: $3,103,869.59 Bid Alternate 1: $7,650.00 Bid Alternate 2: $5,029.88 Bid Alternate 3: $45,669.44 Construction of the SR 530 Slide Memorial Project, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, project administration and coordination necessary to completely and successfully install and make operational all site features shown and referenced on the Construction Drawings and Contract Specifications. Public notice is hereby given that Snohomish County has issued the above-mentioned call for bids. Snohomish County in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
