ModPhase 2020: Kitchen and Bath Modernization & Accessible Unit Conversion 667-2 Miscellaneous Metals, Waterproofing/Dampproofing/Caulking, Tile, Resilient Floors, Painting, Fire Protection Sprinkler Systems, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Project consists of: The Modernization project includes replacement of 45 typical kitchens, replacement of 45 typical bathrooms, 3 accessible unit conversions, selective door replacement, painting and floor refinishing. The four small building additions include siding, roofing, windows, doors, gutters, and foundation work. Exterior work includes concrete walkways, paver patio, wetland mitigation, rain garden, plantings, and pavement markings. Base Bid is Buildings 1-6 and all associated work, and all site work. Included under Section 01.23.00 Alternates is Alternate #1 (Buildings 7-9 and all associated work) and Alternate #2 (Buildings 10-12 and all associated work)
