Demolition, site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Mendham Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the location plan and described in the specifications. Specifically, the project involves the construction of a new 48 X 60 X 16 pre-engineered timber frame open front storage building with concrete floor to replace the existing building at the Department of Public Works compound located at 37 Ironia Road, Mendham Borough. Each bid must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety and a Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Bid Bond of not less than ten percent of the amount bid, and not to exceed $20,000.00. The Borough will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded through the mail if lost in transit at any time before bid opening. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Proof of Business Registration) and the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq.. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive immaterial informalities, and/or to accept the bid which, in the opinion of the Borough, will be in the best interest of the Borough, all in accordance with the New Jersey Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq.
