The New York State Office of General Services Design and Construction Group (D&C), on behalf of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified architectural/engineering firms to provide consulting, design and construction phase services for the rehabilitation of existing and construction of new hatchery facilities for the Randolph Fish Hatchery located in Randolph, New York. Firms are expected to provide high quality engineering services related to freshwater fish propagation, including hatchery rehabilitation and modernization, expansion of operations, and the design of new facilities. Firms should be experienced in aquaculture and the development of bio programs. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%
