Site work for a water / sewer project in Orchard, Colorado. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of October 27, 2022 , project has been put on hold for the time being supply chain issues are among the main reasons that this project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** The Town of Orchard City is accepting sealed bids for the construction and installation for the replacement of water main(s). No bids will be accepted after the designated time. Bids sent by fax or e-mail will not be accepted. The work generally consists of, but is not limited to, constructing: Install ~ 3200 feet 4 HDPE Pipe Install 6 isolation valves Install 4 hydrant valves Install 4 fire hydrants Install 39 water taps Remove 21 meters and relocate close to the 4 or 10 main Install valves and associated fittings The Town of Orchard City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to negotiate with the awarded bidder, to waive any informality or to accept the bid for the contract which in its judgment best serves the interest of the Town. The Contractor s proposal shall remain valid for thirty (30) days. Construction start date is flexible, but work must be completed by December 20, 2022.
