Site work and renovation of a civil project in Corvallis, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work consists of demolition of an existing high-service vertical turbine (VT) pump, motor and variable frequency drive in Clearwell No. 2, demolition of an existing backwash VT pump in Clearwell No. 1, furnishing and installing a new backwash VT pump and motor in Clearwell No. 2 including new concrete pump pedestal, valves, soft starter, and electrical connection, constructing 20 domestic steel piping from new backwash pump to existing pipe connection in Clearwell No. 1, pipe supports, structural building penetrations, associated electrical work, electrical systems arc flash study update, and all other work as shown on the Plans and described in the contract documents. This is a public works contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The City encourages small, minority- and women-owned businesses to bid.
