Renovation of a swimming pool in Corvallis, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
For the Osborn Aquatic Center Natatorium Roof Replacement Project, Project No. PW 653586 The work consists providing all services, labor, materials, equipment and permits necessary for the installations of one Thermoplastic Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Membrane Roofing system meeting manufacturer's specification and materials approved by City Representative. Project must be completed by Thursday, June 15, 2023. Completion date may be extended to Sunday, October 15, 2023, with approval of project manager. Contractors bidding on the project will need to complete and submit the Pre-Qualification Applicators form, which will be distributed at the pre-bid meeting. The form contains the following information: Manufacturer's products and installation specifications; employees' names, manufacturer's certifications for each employee, employees' years of experience installing membrane roofing, and company's years of experience. Contractors will be notified of approval of pre-qualification by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2022. The City encourages small, minority- and women-owned businesses to bid.
