A Pre-Proposal Conference will not be held. Deadline for Requests for Clarification or Change September 23, 2022, 2:00 pm, PT Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management is seeking Responsive Responsible Proposers to submit Proposals for two 240 ton scroll chillers. These chillers may be used to cool Richardson during the 2023 cooling season, and one may be used for Kelly Engineering Center for winter 2022. These chillers are to be on two separate and independently operable trailers that can also function in series with other chillers and themselves. OSU expects the supplier to work with OSU's design professionals and facilities personnel to coordinate connection types and locations. The preferred goal for project completion is before the beginning of the 2023 cooling season on May 1, 2023.
