Site work and paving for a road / highway in Corvallis, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project will construct a multi-use path in South Corvallis connecting the Tunison neighborhood with Avery Avenue and will be undertaken in two Phases. Phase I will complete planning level work identifying a path alignment. Phase II will acquire needed right-of-way, complete project design, permitting, and required environmental resource reviews, and construct the path Project is included in the City of Corvallis' FY 2023-2027 CIP. Per the owner, as of November 30, 2022, the City of Corvallis and ODOT have secured required intergovernmental contract agreements. Owner states that their engineering team has had key departures and they have other focuses at this time. The owner anticipates that the project will pick up again in 2023 and they can assign a project manager and begin work on an RFP to secure a consultant. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
