Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Corvallis, Oregon. Working plans call for the construction of a detention facility; for site work for a detention facility; 45,000-square-foot municipal facility; and municipal facility.
The owner has already selected a list of prequalified Construction Managers. The purpose of this RFP is to select one Construction Manager General Contractor Team for the new, 45,000 sqft Benton County Courthouse and District Attorney's Office Benton County intends to execute a contract for services outlined in this solicitation and reserves the right to contract for continued and/or additional services as outlined in (A.) below with the same successful Proposer at the County's sole discretion. The County's decision on whether to proceed with the selected Proposer is based on the CM/GC performance The County reserves the right to request additional design service for the remaining Justice System Improvement Program (JSIP) to include a Correctional Facility, Sheriff's Office, and an Emergency Operations Center ranging from 110,000 - 125,000 GSF.
