Pueblo Community College is seeking proposals to remove and to replace the existing three-tab composite roof (approx. 630 squares) and 250' linear ft. of gutters and 200' linear ft. of downspouts at the Medical Technical Building, 900 W. Orman Ave., Pueblo, CO 81004, with like composite roof and gutter system, see Project Specifications.
a. Base Bid: Remove and replace existing three-tab composite roof system, areas identified on project drawing, see MT Building Layout.
b. Additive Alternate #1: Replace existing gutters with 5" commercial seamless gutters and appropriate number of downspouts. Bidder questions are to be submitted in writing via email to:

Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that all firms will be required to meet all minimum requirements to be considered for this project. To be considered as qualified, interested firms shall have, as a minimum:
1. Provided General Contracting services within the last three (3) years for at least two (2) projects each in excess of $500,000 (hard costs), utilizing the expertise present in their Colorado Office; and
2. Demonstrated specific General Contracting experience in projects of similar scope and complexity; and
3. Demonstrated bonding capability up to $1,000,000 for an individual project coincidentally with current and anticipated workloads; provide letter from surety that affirms this capacity *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
