Site work for a water / sewer project in Tiki Island, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 9/8/2022 project was already awarded for $1,388,622.50. The Village of Tiki Island will receive bids for a Breakwater Project in the Village of Tiki Island Texas. The Breakwater Project consist of the installation of a 1,415 LF wooden pile supported sediment control structure/breakwater. The net price will be delivered to VILLAGE OF TIKI ISLAND, including all freight, shipping, and license fees. VILLAGE OF TIKI ISLAND is tax exempt, and no taxes should be included in your proposal pricing. Bids will be completed on the forms and proposal sheets provided. All proposals must be marked on the outside of the envelope: Competitive Sealed Bid Breakwater Project, Village of Tiki Island Texas Bidder's name and return address should be on the outside of the envelope. The time stamp clock located in the Purchasing Agent's office shall serve as the official time keeping piece for this solicitation process. Any bid received after 2:00 p.m. CST on the specified date will be returned unopened. Bona fide bidders may request a copy via email by contacting the City Secretary at tikiisland@comcast.net Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid will be required to accompany Bids. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularity in bidding.
