** As of April 29, 2024 project has been awarded to Enterprise Paving bid of $90,486.00 and LAC Services bid of $65,000.00. ** Mobilize equipment, material and crew to job site - Sawcut, break out and remove existing failed concrete - Dispose of failed concrete and waste materials - Install 6" of 1.5 sack cement stabilized sand as needed - Dowel into existing pavement every 12 inches on center at perimeter - Tie and install mats of #4 rebar on 12 inch centers and install 2.25 inch plastic chairs to raise steel - Form and pour 6" of 3,500 PSI concrete with 1 1/2 inch rock and apply light broom finish - Tool all expansion joints and edges - Apply light to medium broom finish consistent with surrounding concrete - Barricade repaired area for at least 72 hours - Maintain one lane of roadway for vehicular traffic at all times 2024 Windward Way Road Repair The Village of Tiki Island Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and Waive Any or All Irregularities or to Proceed Otherwise When in the Best Interest of the Village.
