*As of April 22, 2026 this project has been awarded to Enterprise Commercial Paving for $397,941.42. All supervision, materials, labor, and equipment necessary for various street repairs. Bids must be received by the City Secretary of the Village of Tiki Island no later than 10:00 A.M. on April 15, 2026. No facsimile, e-mail, or telephone bids will be accepted. All bids received after the stated date and time will be considered unresponsive. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the Village of Tiki Island Public Safety Building located at 747 Tiki Dr, Tiki Island, TX 77554 on April 15, 2026 at 10:30 A.M. The Village of Tiki Island reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any or all irregularities or to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of the Village.
