Renovation of a municipal facility in Frostburg, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,900-square-foot municipal facility.
Separate sealed bids for the replacement of Replacement of Roof at City Water Building , consisting of approximately 2,900 square feet of metal roofing and other areas as directed by the City Engineer in Frostburg, and miscellaneous work This work shall include the furnishing and placing of a new metal roofing system. Work to include installation of new metal roofing system. All necessary insulation, water proofing, base materials (3/4" plywood), fasteners and gravel stop must be included in bid. All necessary logistical changes for removal of old roof and installation of new roof should be included in bid. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the frostburg mayor and council, 37. Broadway street, P.O. Box 440, Frostburg, Maryland 21532, and marked on the outside of the envelope bid for replacement of roof at city water building or you may hand carry the bid to city hall municipal center, 37. Broadway street The Frostburg Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities as the interest of the Mayor and Council may require.
