Renovation of a municipal facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removal of existing heating water boiler in the Engineering/Soils Lab Building. .2 Construct new boiler room in basement of the building. .3 Install new floor drain in new boiler room. .4 Install two (2) new heating water boilers in new boiler room. .5 Install two (2) new heating water circulating pumps in new boiler room. .6 Install new heating water piping from boilers and connect to existing heating system. .7 Set boilers into operation, include purging all air from the system and start-up services prior to turning system over to owner. .8 Install new intake air and exhaust air ductwork associated with new boilers. .9 Install new exhaust fan in new boiler room. .10 Install new natural gas piping associated with new boilers. .11 Upgrade controls to accommodate new heating and ventilating equipment. .12 Install new electrical associated with new boiler room and equipment. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
