As of September 22, 2022, project was awarded to Trademark Electric, Inc., awarded amount is $26,481.55. CEDAR KEY CITY PROPANE POWERED, STAND BY GENERATOR (RFP ID: 07-25-2022) The Scope of Work will include: Furnish and secure one new generator that meets the project s objective on a FBC (Florida Building Code) approved pedestal behind City Hall approximately four (4) to five (5) feet above ground level Winning bidder must furnish all documentation necessary to receive a permit for project Generator shall be connected to the existing propane tank (using a tee or similar connection) with flow rate confirmed for new generator. Install automatic transfer switch Must have a solar power disconnect feature The generator is to be of the low RPM type enclosed in an insulated / water resistant cabinet. The Bid will be awarded to the qualified and responsible bidder. Qualification and Responsibility will be judged based on the non-monetary responses as set forth in the Bid Response Form and on information obtained by due diligence activities of the City. Should the Owner accept your Bid Proposal, you will be notified of the intent to award a contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids. No bidder will be deemed to obtain property rights in connection with any bid response until the City Commission has formally awarded and executed a construction contract to such bidder.
