The City of Pleasant Hill, Missouri (City) will accept statements of qualifications from qualified persons or firms interested in providing the following services: RFQ 10-22 Geotechnical Investigation and Engineering Services for City The City intends to conduct a geotechnical inspection of the City Lake Dam, based on the conclusions derived from this inspection, a repair plan and designs will be compiled. Any response received after the specified date and time will be rejected and returned unopened. Responses may not be modified or withdrawn after the submittal deadline. The City reserves the right to extend the time for submittals. Additional promotional materials/brochures may be included in addition to the proposal but may not be a substitute for any of the content requirements of the response itself. Insurance Requirements The selected firm will be required to obtain insurance coverage, which shall contain an endorsement, addendum, or rider amending the general liability policy to include the city as an additional insured, for the following types of insurance and in the following minimum amounts: Workmen's Compensation Insurance $2,000,000 Comprehensive General Liability Bodily injury, including death $1,000,000 Property Damage $ 1,000,000 Comprehensive Automobile Liability Property Damage $1,000,000 If any person contemplating a response to this RFQ is in doubt regarding the true meaning of any part of this document, he or she may submit to Stephanie Ray, an e-mail at stephr@pleasanthill.com, requesting an interpretation or correction to the RFQ documents not later than August 22nd, 2022. Any interpretation or correction to the RFQ will be made by the City by addendum and will be posted on the City's website as an addendum, not less than August 26th, 2022 prior to the response deadline. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
