Job No. P-91-057-22, Phase I Traffic Count Data Collection & Crash Report Production, Various Routes, Various Counties, Region One/District One. This project requires 21% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented evidence of good faith efforts. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on November 1, 2022, at 10:00 AM at the Region One/District One Office in Schaumburg. Phase I engineering services are required for 24-hour Miovision intersection and segment counts and 12-hour intersection traffic counts at various locations in district One. Phase I engineering services will also be needed to provide up to two specialized personnel as needed to assist the department with crash data retrieval, crash summaries and collision diagram preparation. Work orders under blanket agreement will be negotiated and authorized by the department on as needed basis. The completion date for this contract will be 60 months after authorization to proceed. The Prime firm must be prequalified in the Special Studies (Traffic Studies) category to be considered for this project.
