One/District One. This project requires 22% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented
evidence of good faith efforts. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will
be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on October 27, 2022, at 10:00 AM at the
Region One/District One Office in Schaumburg. Engineering services are required to perform field surveys for various roadway projects to enable
the department to proceed with Phase I studies, prepare contract plans, perform drainage
investigations, and identify drainage features such as outfalls or other drainage system
components. Work orders under the blanket agreement will be negotiated and authorized by the
department on an as-need basis. It is anticipated that this contract will include six (6) or more
projects. The completion date for this project
will be 60 months after authorization to proceed. The Prime firm must be prequalified in the Special Services (Surveying) category to be
considered for this project. Statements of Interest, including resumes of the key people noted above, must be submitted
electronically to the Central Bureau of Design and Environment through the Engineering
