This renovation consists of 6,083 square feet to convert an existing business space to a temporary Justice Court remodel for Washoe County. The revised will include, but is not limited to: Courtroom, Judges Office, Judges Assistant office, Bailiff/Constable office, District Attorney's office, Court Clerk's office, Public Defenders office, IT rack addition, security screening area and eye wash station, plus modification to existing doors for security measures. Majority of the existing architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural elements will not be modified. Added will be existing pass thru windows & casework, wall partitions at courtroom areas. Modification of door swings for exiting and security. Demolition of existing wall partitions for new doors at court clerks, demo wing wall partitions at courtroom area. Washoe County, Incline Village Justice Courts intends to renovate a portion of the existing Washoe County Service Center, a 1-story wood framed building, located at 827 Alder Avenue, Incline Village, NV to accommodate a flexible courtroom, judge's chamber, support offices, clerks area, constable/bailiff suite, and screening area. The affected project footprint is approximately 3,600 GSF. 2. The scope of work will include demolition of select non-load bearing interior partitions, addition of new non-load bearing partition walls, new doors, controlled access hardware, power and data to support new furniture and screening equipment. 3. Owner's desired Project Schedule is for construction completion to occur for occupancy by mid-September 2022. B. Contract Scope: Construction, demolition, and renovation. C. Contract Terms: Lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum).
