**As of November 22, 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. The anticipated date for award is not yet determined. Request for Proposal for General Construction, Heating, Ventilationg and Air Conditioning or Electrical Contract in connection with Courthouse Main Entrance Stairs, Cortland County. You are invited to bid on a General Construction, Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning or Electrical Contract in connection with Courthouse Main Entrance Stairs, Cortland County. Bids must be on a lump sum basis. Bid Security in the following amount must accompany each Bid, in accordance with Instructions to Bidders: Electrical (Divisions 1, 2, & 26) $ $4,000 Questions or clarifications of items in this RFP must be submitted in writing to the contact person listed no later than close of business August 23, 2022. If questions o r clarifications are submitted via email, please request a read receipt confirmation in the email. It is anticipated that a decision will be made on or about: September 22, 2022. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids. Cortland County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to take exception to these RFP specifications or to waive any formalities. The County specifically reserves the right to negotiate a contract with the selected vendor.
