Site work and paving for a road / highway in Kenton, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of August 17, 2022, project is cancelled. Project is no longer needed. Bidders are required to use bidding blanks which can be obtained at the Hardin County Engineer's Office, 1040 W Franklin Street, Kenton, Ohio 43326. Bids must be sealed and marked "2022 County Road Cold Mix Paving Project". Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal(s) and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. The owner intends and requires that the project be completed no later than November 18, 2022. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hardin County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239. The Hardin County Commissioners and County Engineer reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
