Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs as necessary on all overhead doors, entrance doors, and interior doors on an as "needed basis". Overhead door sizes are shown on Attachment number IV. All doors are sectional overhead doors on tracks. Pricing for this work shall be for the preventive maintenance and repair work as described here-in with time and material pricing for repairs and emergency service. The work locations shall include, but are not limited to: o Chestertown Maintenance Facility, 615 Morgnec Road Chestertown, MD 21620 o SHA Satellite Facility, 10550 Howard Johnson Rd, Millington, MD 21651 o Sassafras River Bridge House, North of Rt. 213. There is no 911 address. o Chester River Bridge House, South of Rt.213. There is no 911 address. Provide preventative maintenance and repairs to the overhead doors, entrance doors, and interior doors at MDOT State Highway Administration maintenance facility in Chestertown, MD, satellite facility in Millington, MD, and two bridge houses. The bid is for both labor at both a weekday rate and weekend / holiday rate. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to Certified Small Business vendors. Only vendors that meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article Subsections 14-501 - 14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, and who are registered with the Department of General Services Small Business Reserve Program are eligible for award of a contract. There will be no scheduled pre-bid conference for this procurement. Prices submitted in response to this solicitation are irrevocable for ninety (90) days following the due date. The Procurement Officer may, however, request vendors to extend the time during which the State may accept their bids. Once a bid is accepted, all prices, terms, and conditions shall remain unchanged throughout the contract period. The duration / term of the contract is 36 (Thirty- six) months or total payments of $50,000, whichever comes first.
