The Fire Alarm System covers two MDOT SHA buildings, a maintenance shop and a district office, at 615 Morgnec Rd, Chestertown. System monitoring and emergency response is not included in this invitation for bid. Service is estimated to start November 2022. Typical services performed under this contract may include required inspection services, repairs, general maintenance, and new installation as needed. Additional services performed may include emergency service calls for repairs on an as needed basis. Services will include all work efforts necessary to complete a project including parts, wiring, programming, equipment, labor, materials, and lifts to repair or replace fire alarm system issue. The award in this procurement will be made for a 36-month contract with the successful bidder submitting a bid under $50,000
