2022 LCRC and MDOT Catch Basin Cleaning In order to be considered for contract award, the bidder must be able to demonstrate that they currently own or have access to all equipment required to complete Catch Basin Cleaning along MDOT trunklines and LCRC local roads. The bidder must provide a list of equipment to be used for the Catch Basin Cleaning Services indicating quantity, size, and age. The bidder is required to have a liquid waste hauler license. The Contractor shall at all time exercise extreme care and shall assume all liability for any damage resulting from this operation and shall hold the Leelanau County Road Commission harmless from any claims or damages. Contractors working in the road right-of-way must have a valid certificate of Auto Liability, Worker's Compensation and Commercial General Liability Insurance Naming the Leelanau County Road Commission as "ADDITIONAL INSURED" and have certificates on file with the Leelanau County Road Commission before work begins. All work is to be completed by September 30, 2022. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities in bidding and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest and most advantageous to the Leelanau County Road Commission.
