Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sequim, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Sequim is soliciting RFP - Professional A/E Services (Playground Design Consultant - 2022) to provide design concepts for community UA playgrounds at 3 separate parks. This includes, but is not limited to, the following elements: Provide full concept design sketches for the proposed universally accessible playground. Create three full concept design sketches per park (nine total) to support funding/fundraising. Provide a construction estimate for the entire project and for individual project phases, should construction phasing become necessary. Facilitate meetings with City of Sequim Public Works staff as needed. Coordinate sub-consultants, if necessary. Deliver final plans and supporting materials Please see the attached RFP for the full details of the expected services and submittal process.
