HHW/Specialty Waste Campus Any proposed equal for a Standard shall be submitted to the Architect no later than ten (10) days prior to the bid opening. If no Addenda are issued in association with the Bidder's request, the proposed Equal shall be considered rejected. All questions, requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to GPD Group no later than 7 calendar days prior to the bid opening, to the attention of Michael Hogston at mhogston@gpdgroup.com. To be considered, proposals must be made on the forms furnished with the Construction Documents, and must contain the name of every person interested therein. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond (per section 153.571 (ORC) in the amount of (100%) of the highest aggregate amount of the base bid plus all add alternates submitted by the bidder, or a certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of that bid. Medina County Sanitary Engineers reserves the right to waive informalities, to accept or reject any and all or parts of any and all bids, in whole or part or any combination thereof or award the contract to other than the lowest bidder. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the closing time and receipt of bids.
