Owner Office Central Office / INDOT-Constr&Materials Mgmt / Engineering Contract Type On Call Compensation Method Negotiated Labor Rate Two Step Scoring No Allowable Profit Rate 7.50% Plus Overhead Factor Is Federal Funding Involved Yes # of Firms to Select 4 No BE Goals Maximum Contract Amount $1,500,000.00 Approximate # of Assignments Between 0 And 99 Contract Term Two (2) year contract with INDOT's option to renew one (1) time, for both time and money. On Call Load rating analysis of bridge structures on the state highway system, on an as-needed basis. A firm familiar with AASHTO requirements for bridge load rating using load rating programs BrR, CANDE, and other software as required as well as manual calculations will be required to load rate a number and variety of INDOT bridges. If structure measurements are required to be gathered in the field, then a firm prequalified in worktypes 14.1 or 14.2 shall be used. All On-Call contract services are on an as-needed basis and there is a possibility that no assignments will be made. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 15 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
