The work under this contract consists of the following two components: 2" Mill and Hotmix Asphalt Overlay And 4" Hotmix Asphalt Overlay Questions regarding this project should be directed to: Andy Pollard, Director of Electric Department, (816) 380-8962, apollard@harrisonville.com The Contractor shall fully complete the project within SIXTY (60) WORKING DAYS after the Contract time commences. A Bid Bond or certified check on a reputable bank in the amount equal to five (5%) percent of the total amount of the Bid must accompany each Proposal. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period of sixty (60) days after date of opening of Bids. All wages paid for work under this Contract shall comply with requirements of the Prevailing Law of the State of Missouri, Missouri Public Law 294, Sec. 290.210 through Sec. 290.340, R.S.MO 1969, as amended and prevailing wages as established by the U. S. Department of Labor
