The University of Connecticut Health Center (UConn Health) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to provide On Demand HVAC and Mechanical Services, including all materials and labor, for as- needed repairs, new installation or replacement services, and emergency repair/installation/replacement services ("Services") for UConn Health Equipment. Equipment to be serviced includes, but is not limited to, chillers, air handlers, evaporative coolers, split systems, exhaust fans, boilers, pumps, gas fired unit heaters, package units and forced air systems ("Equipment"). The manufacturer of the Equipment varies.
