Site work for a water / sewer project in Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
For Water Transmission Main from Moline to Silvis. Project work includes the bored installation of C900 water transmission main along the old John Deere Road / Coaltown Road Corridor from Moline to Silvis. As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project. Project questions shall be directed to Laura Klauer at (309) 524-2368 or lklauer@moline.il.us. The successful bidder MUST comply with all portions of the Illowa Construction Labor and Management Council IMPACT Memorandum of Understanding Agreement. The Project Labor Agreement is included within the Contract Documents. The City of Moline will provide the Project Labor Agreement for execution by the Contractor, their Sub-Contractors and the City.
