The Town of Harrisburg is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms/teams (Firms) to provide on-call water/wastewater planning and engineering services for various projects (Project). The Town is seeking firms whose combination of experience and personnel will provide timely, costeffective, and quality professional services to support these projects. The Town of Harrisburg has the need for consulting engineers to assist with various projects related to its existing and future utility infrastructure. Below is a general description of the tasks that may be required. This is not intended to be all-inclusive, nor is it guaranteed that all of the below tasks will be utilized. A more defined Scope of Work will be negotiated for each Task Order between the Town of Harrisburg and the selected Firm. Perform necessary services from preliminary engineering, design, specification development, and project bidding. Project Management On-call consulting Coordination of meetings with Town staff and other agencies. Permitting and compliance with local, state and federal requirements.
