In accordance with our approved proposal dated April 28, 2022 (revised May 11, 2022), our scope of work for this pavement investigation consisted of the following: Perform site reconnaissance and visual observations of current pavement conditions, Perform 12 borings at selected locations to determine the existing pavement section thicknesses and collect samples of the underlying subgrade soils, Perform two additional borings for the purpose of percolation testing at designated areas for the proposed infiltration basin, Perform laboratory testing on selected, representative soil samples to determine insitu moisture/density, maximum density, and R-value, Provide this report summarizing our observations and recommendations for pavement repair. **As of September 08, 2022.
