As of August 15, 2023, all bids for this project have been rejected and the project has been cancelled. At this time, it has not been confirmed if the project will be rebid. The project includes providing all labor, materials and equipment to complete the necessary repairs to the existing culverts. The project will also include diverting the existing stream around the work area, installing and maintaining erosion and sediment controls, providing maintenance and protection of traffic and restoration of all areas disturbed during the construction of the project. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for the period of days stated in the bid form from the date the bids are opened. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount and a Maintenance Bond in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the contract amount, thereafter required on the specified Bond Forms included in the Contract Documents and Waiver of Lien. The right is reserved to waive any informality in the Bid, to reject any or all Bids, and to accept any Bid which is deemed most favorable to the Owner, at the time and under the circumstances stipulated.
