Work Type: AD DBE Goal: 4% Guaranty Required: $100,000.00 Estimate Anticipated Funding $6,000,000 - $6,999,999 With each sealed proposal, the bidder must include a properly executed bid bond or a cashiers check, certified check, bank's check, or postal money order in the amount designated on the Highway Work Proposal made payable to the Department. Certified checks shall be drawn on the account of the bidder submitting the proposal. Unless otherwise specified in this advertisement, the Department will issue bidding proposals only to those who have established their qualifications for the work to be bid upon.
