Renovation of a water / sewer project in Sudbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes: Installation of four 12-foot diameter filter vessels each equipped with 30,000 pounds of granular activated carbon (GAC) for poly- and per-fluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) treatment, associated piping/valving/instrumentation, an approximately 2,000 square foot structure, site improvements, electrical systems, and a sodium thiosulfate feed system. All equipment shall be furnished by the Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating delivery of the filter vessels, offloading/placement/installation of equipment, and start-up/testing of the system. The fairshare goalsfor disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation for this contract are a minimum of 4.20 percent (4.20%) Disadvantaged Minority Business Enterprise D/MBE participation and 4.50 percent (4.50%) Disadvantaged Women Business Enterprise D
