Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Trinidad, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Scope of Work to include: 1. Power wash the entire roof with Western Colloid 9000 roof wash and prime 2. Install Western Colloid Elastahyde white elastomeric coating at a rate of 1 gal per 33 sq. ft. Notes: Prices to include sanitary facilities, disposal of debris, labor, and material Contractor must be licensed in the City of Trinidad Roof Access Only Overspray will be the responsibility of the contractor Contractor shall give the City of Trinidad a five (5) year material and labor warranty against leakage due to faulty craftmanship or material defects upon successful completion of the scope of work All bids will be evaluated, and selections made as soon as possible after the bid opening.
